During this time I have been focusing on education and skills to truly help my clients take the next step in wellness including education to become a Medical Intuitive in 2024. January 2024, these lowered rates will be increasing. All rates listed are the current rates till the end of 2023

VibroAcoustic Therapy (VAT) - NEW - October 2023
(VAT) is a type of sound therapy that uses low-frequency sound waves to create vibrations that are transmitted through the body. Some VAT recording have music to enhance the effects and experience. The vibrations can have a number of beneficial effects, including reducing stress, anxiety, and pain; improving sleep; and boosting mood. The time for each sound track varies so will the duration of each session as each visit the tracks are customized to meet your needs.

ACE Cupping Massage
Cupping therapy can be used to move stagnation, relieve inflammation, and drain/move fluids. The action is similar to the action of fomentations/hot compresses. The mechanism is to draw blood from the arteries to the capillaries. The blood then returns via the veins to be cleansed or disposed of. Cupping is not an irritant to the skin or body. It draws the inflammation out but does not add to it.
ACE Massage Cupping™ is also used to lift and stretch soft tissue (muscle, fascia/connective, attachments), separate fused tissue layers (i.e. ITB and TFL), release and soften scar tissue, open body drainage systems to aid in decongesting “solid bloat” and increase hydration of tissues. Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate. FaceLift Massage added to any session (30 minutes)
Focused attention to your face providing great hydration, nourishment and anti aging using light face oil. You should notice younger, healthier, glowing skin and relaxed facial muscles. This session is performed using ACE FaceLift massage technique. By the use of specially designed cup-bulb device used only on the face and neck. The cup-bulb provides negative pressure that gently lifts the tissues into the tiny cup to open improves tone, drains lymph, reduces puffiness and release tiny adhesions in the tissues that are known to cause crows feet, fine lines and wrinkles. This is like no other face treatment you have ever had. In addition, this treatment also relaxes the muscles in your face. FaceLift Cupping will not leave treatment marks on your skin.
Rates are based on time, not types of sessions. 60, 90, 120 minutes Sessions are customized to your needs each session.
